Don't face back to school alone! πŸ“š

Dear Reader,

Change can be hard for any child. But for our children with autism, big changes can feel enormous. A new school year often brings unfamiliar routines, new teachers, different expectations, and changes that can create stress for the entire family.

At the Rochester Area Autism Association, we know that back-to-school season can be both exciting and challenging. That's why we don't want you to face it alone.

We invite you to join us for an evening dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers as they prepare for the transition back to school.

Join Molly Harrington, LICSW, from Mayo Clinic, as she shares practical strategies to help families prepare for the school year, reduce anxiety surrounding transitions, and build routines that support success at home and at school.

This session is also an opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers who understand the unique challenges of raising a child with autism. Share experiences, ask questions, and discover new ways to support your child through the changes a new school year brings.
